Platform Engineer (Airflow)

Workplace Warsaw/Remote

We are looking for experienced Platform Engineer, who will support our global customers mainly in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry in building an innovative big data products and services.

You will be responsible for:

• Deployment and maintenance of Apache Airflow on Kubernetes
• Data pipelines troubleshooting
• Design and development of Apache Airflow plugins
• Deployment automation

What you will need:

• Experience with Apache Airflow for data pipelines orchestration
• Experience with programming in Python
• Familiarity of Cloud computing (preferable AWS) and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Very good knowledge of English (and Polish) with the ability to speak but also explain and simplify technical topics for the business,
• Proactive approach and goal-oriented, problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work with remote and virtual teams.
