Your responsibilities
Architectural Design & Consulting
Advise BSH colleagues on designing application infrastructure (hardware) that aligns with the official Bosch zoning concept.
Provide expert consulting on architecture topics within the Bosch Collaboration Management domain.
Develop and validate infrastructure solutions by analyzing user needs, objectives, and technical requirements.
Project Coordination
Manage infrastructure-related projects and initiatives, from initial consultation to final implementation.
Take the lead on smaller-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Support OS migration projects through meticulous tracking, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders.
Process & Stakeholder Management
Guide internal customers through the Bosch Digital (BD) Enterprise IT Onboarding Process (EpITOP), offering advice and hands-on support.
Handle and find solutions for non-standard demands and requirements using a structured ticketing process.
Uphold and enforce Bosch's high and complex security standards and effectively communicate their importance to BSH customers.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain meticulous documentation for all tasks and solutions within JIRA tickets.
Create and update clear process documentation in the Confluence Wiki.
Your profile
Required:
A self-empowered mindset with a strong sense of ownership and discipline.
Proven ability to work independently, providing transparent and proactive updates on progress and roadblocks.
Several years of professional experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure fundamentals, including zoning, firewalling, network design, and other core components.
A solid understanding of general network technologies.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Nice to have:
Good German language skills are a decisive advantage in everyday working life.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for ticket handling and documentation.
