IT Service Management Process Owner

Your responsibilities

• Continuously improve IT Service Management and IT Shop processes and procedures, e.g. incl. Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration & Asset Management

• Monitor and analyze IT Service Performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance service delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT Services meet business needs and align with organizational goal

• Manage and prioritize ITSM requirements including IT Shop requests, Incidents etc., ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction

• Conduct regular IT Service Reviews, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and promoting knowledge management practices to ensure up-to-date documentation that supports efficient IT service delivery and continuous improvement

Your profile

• University degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent experience in IT Service Management

• Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks, such as ITIL is essential, including best practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams

• A mindset of continuous improvement and experience in methodologies like e.g. Lean and Agile to drive efficiency and effectiveness in IT service Management

• Proficiency in English and Polish,

• Self-organized and strong ownership attitude

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
