Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, configuration, and operation of our multi-runtime PaaS (EKS & Cloud Foundry)

  • Design and improve deployment workflows using ArgoCD, GitOps principles, and automation

  • Maintain and evolve our self-service infrastructure for Kafka (via operator), MongoDB, and other core platform services

  • Support and monitor tenant applications and platform workloads using DataDog and OpenSearch

  • Collaborate with developers, SREs, and product teams to deliver reliable, observable, and secure environments

  • Drive simplification and clarity across configuration, monitoring, and documentation

  • Participate in incident analysis, performance tuning, and scaling efforts

Your profile

  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one containerized platform: EKS (Kubernetes) or Cloud Foundry

  • Practical experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps, ideally with ArgoCD

  • Solid understanding of Kafka and MongoDB operations in a managed/cloud-native setup

  • Experience with monitoring and observability (e.g., DataDogOpenSearch, SLIs/SLOs)

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, service deployment, and infrastructure automation

  • Comfortable working with YAML, Helm, Git, Docker, and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)

  • Proficiency in English – written and spoken – to collaborate effectively in a distributed setup

  • Self-driven, pragmatic, and eager to improve the developer experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience operating Kafka with high-volume, real-time data streams

  • Familiarity with multi-tenant environments and tenant-aware observability

  • Exposure to service mesh, security best practices, or secrets management (e.g., Vault)

  • Background in PaaS/SaaS environments or developer enablement teams

  • Interest in contributing to internal tooling and platform documentation

Your benefits

  • Dynamic International Environment: Collaborate with diverse teams globally, enriching your experience and expanding your professional network.

  • Collaborative Team Culture: Join a supportive team that values your contributions and encourages your growth.

  • Professional Development Opportunities: Expand your skills through engaging projects and responsibilities that challenge and inspire you.

  • Flexible hybrid work arrangements: Enjoy a mix of remote work and office collaboration, with a minimum of one day per week in our modern offices.

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Enjoy private health care, a Lunchpass card, a sports card, group insurance options and employee discounts.
