SAP MDM Consultant

About the project:

We are seeking for a skilled MDM Consultant & Process Manager Material & Business Partner to join our dynamic team with qualified professional to design and implement a comprehensive data cleansing strategy for SAP and Salesforce systems within the framework

of the DPW migration project, with completion targeted by March 2026.

Our expectations:

• Successfully completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.

• Sound experience in the rollout of projects (SAP S/4Hana migration) and in-depth understanding of master data management processes.

• Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment and the process landscape including project management, in particular in consulting on business processes in the SAP Business Partner and material master data system environment.

• Profound knowledge of SAP and Salesforce as well as experience with integrated master data management solutions in SAP S/4.

• Profound experience in process and project management and tools (e.g. JIRA), at least 5 years of experience in MDM, very good methodological knowledge of cross-system and cross-application processes.

• Analytical skills, strong communication skills, solution-oriented and proactive as well as independent way of working - You are open to international exchange and have very good stakeholder and people management.

• Very good communication and presentation skills in English (at least B2), German is an advantage.

Key tasks:

• Get-Clean Concept Development: Design and implement a comprehensive Get-Clean strategy for data migration in SAP S/4Hana and Salesforce projects.

• Get-Clean Activities Coordination: Oversee and execute testing and coordination of Get-Clean activities in alignment with the established concept.

• Rollout of projects: You are in charge of the preparation and execution of rollouts (SAP S/4Hana migration) in different countries and ensure that all master data is up to date and correctly integrated.

• Data migration: perform data cleansing and migration activities for business partners and material master data systems.

• You accompany and support international and national stakeholders in the implementation of MDM processes and ensure a smooth implementation.

• MDM processes: Assume end-to-end responsibility for central and local Master Data Management processes.

• Process modelling: independently model and optimize processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Data management: responsible for cleansing and mapping of data, incl. ensuring quality gates.

• Project management: planning, coordination and monitoring of projects, incl. steering of international and national teams.

• Enablement and training: organize and conduct training for Vaillant Group MDM role holders with self-created training materials.
