QA Automation Engineer (Low-Code Platform)

Are you a quality enthusiast who enjoys the speed of Low-Code environments but possesses the technical depth of a seasoned tester? We are looking for a proactive QA Engineer to join our banking team, focusing on the digital transformation of mortgage processes.

Our expectations

• Minimum 3 years in software testing.

• Proven experience testing processes on platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, or Appian.

• Strong command of web services (SOAP, REST) and proficiency with tools like Postman or SoapUI.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and the ability to work comfortably with JSON and XML structures.

• Hands-on experience with Jira (including TestFlo) and Confluence.

• Ability to dive into application logs to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of self-organization.

• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

• An "automation-first" mindset with a focus on process optimization.

• Independence and reliability in managing daily tasks.

• English: B2.

• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector.

Main responsibilities

• End-to-end testing of mortgage application workflows within a high-stakes banking environment.

• Driving the efficiency of developer-led automated tests to ensure rapid, high-quality releases.

• Working within a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver software in a truly agile model.

• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs while collaborating with developers to find root causes.
