Project Manager

Our expectations
Approximately 2–5 years of experience in IT project management.
Management of small and medium-sized projects (e.g., up to PLN 200–500 thousand, teams of 3–10 people).
Experience in working with Agile methodologies – mandatory, especially Scrum.
Operational experience in JIRA/Confluence.
Higher education (IT or related fields welcome)
Delivery management – iterative, task-based, sprints.
Knowledge of English at least B2/C1 level.

Experience in working in a software house,
Support in tendering or preparing simple quotations,
Participation in projects for external clients.
Key tasks
Overseeing workflow,
Team coordination,
Delivering iterative product elements,
Monitoring risks and reporting issues at an early stage,
Ensuring the correct implementation of the Scrum process.
