Job description

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of services to key customers in the area of consulting and IT outsourcing. You will act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters, ensuring high customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your role bridges customer needs and internal capabilities, ensuring commitments are met and expectations exceeded.



Our expectations:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with business clients on projects of varying complexity and scale

  • At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry

  • Solid technological understanding across different IT domains, enabling effective client communication

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

  • High level of professionalism and maturity in client interactions

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under time pressure

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in decision-making

  • Experience working with internal business systems
