🛠️ What you'll do (depending on your area of expertise):

• Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues (Service Desk)
• Administer and monitor Linux/Windows servers (Sys Admin)
• Optimize and maintain Oracle databases (DBA Operations)
• Manage Apple devices and ensure smooth integration (Apple Device Management)
• Design and support Azure-based cloud solutions (Cloud Infrastructure)
• Implement and maintain security protocols (Network Security)
• Handle backup systems and storage solutions (Storage & Backup Admin)
• Support communication tools like Webex (Webex Systems & Devices)

✅ We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in at least one of the following: IT support, systems administration, cloud, databases, or security
• Enjoys problem-solving and works well in a team
• Is familiar with tools and technologies related to their chosen area

🎯 Nice to have:

• Certifications like Azure Administrator, Oracle DBA, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation
• Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, German, or French are a plus)
