Lead Node.js Developer

✅ Your responsibilities:

• Help design system architecture for fast, reliable applications.

• Lead technical discussions and promote best practices.

• Maintain Open API standards for smooth integrations.

• Boost performance and ensure strong security.

• Use Express.js (or similar) and Sequelize for data handling.

• Collaborate with teams to build high-quality solutions.

• Mentor developers and support a strong engineering culture.

🧠 Our requirements:

• Over 7 years of hands-on experience with Node.js, ideally at a senior level with some leadership exposure.

• Track record in backend engineering, including building APIs and managing databases.

• Deep knowledge of Express.js (or comparable frameworks) and Sequelize ORM.

• Comfortable with modern development workflows: code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.

• Strong analytical mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.

• Experience implementing and working with Open API specifications.

• Background in team mentorship or leading engineering efforts.
