Customer Success & Solution Ownership: Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and ensuring the successful use of the EmpowerID product.

Domain Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of IAM concepts, EmpowerID workflows, connectors, and client-specific configurations.

Proactive Management: Perform daily health checks on the customer’s application, infrastructure, and hardware. Set up and maintain monitoring, reporting, and alerts for critical components.

Issue Resolution & Communication: Troubleshoot complex issues, provide step-by-step technical solutions, and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in quarterly planning meetings, client training sessions, and provide feedback to the product team to drive enhancements.

Deployment & Maintenance: Validate and deploy fixes, patches, and hotfixes across DEV, UAT, and Production environments.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date documentation on client-specific solutions and changes, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., RBAC, PAM, SoD) and experience with relevant technologies and connectors.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
💻 Preferred Technical Experience:
- Hands-on experience with SQL for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and tools like Postman.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Microservices).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
- Prior coding experience is a plus
🎓Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in IAM solutions.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are a plus.
