Experimentation Lead

As a Experimentation Lead reporting to the Product Analytics Team Lead in our Product team, your purpose will be to help us realize our product’s vision. 

The Experimentation Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the overall experimentation strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring Analysts and PMs.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

1. 5+ years of extensive experience in data analysis in product company.
2. 3+ years of experience in experimentation (practical skills in designing, implementing and interpreting results).
3. Demonstrated understanding of experimentation and CRO principles, statistical methodologies (including A/B and multivariate testing).
4. Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
5. Strategic thinking to align experimentation with business goals.
6. Proven track record of managing large-scale experimentation programs, ideally within a product-focused environment.
7. Knowledge of the technical aspects of web and mobile development.
8. Proficiency in using specific software for data analysis and experimentation.
9. At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
