Business Analyst

Your role in the team:

• serve as a analytical expert, product evangelist, and the bridge between the customer and project team;
• work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities;
• analyze metrics to understand customer needs and product performance
• facilitating communication, coordinating, planning, and executing across teams and business partners;
• facilitating design, planning, and implementation workshops with internal and external stakeholders;
• building and maintaining a successful relationship with teams and business partners;
• regular contributions to product backlog, reviewing past stories and creating new ones;
• capturing additional requirements;
• capturing action items and following up;
• reviewing PBI reports and apps which have been produced based on your requirements;
• walking the client through the sprint results;
• working with developers to make sure requirements are well understood and reflected well in sprint scope.

Knowledge Level and qualifications:

• professional experience as Business Analyst;
• ability to work independently and managing the project;
• excellent understanding of Agile Methodologies;
• excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level);
• eager to work closely with customer stakeholders in a corporate environment;
• strong team cooperation skills, engagement in company’s life and development;
• work experience in contact with a business client;
• ability to effectively combine the needs of the client and the team.

Additional assets:
