AWS Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Work in a global informatics organization and be a member of technical team specializing in custom applications development and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);

• Be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based applications that support various business cases, mainly related to data analytics and data warehousing.

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience with designing and implementing cloud native solutions on AWS;

• 5+ years of experience in application development using one of the object oriented programming languages (preferably Java or Python);

• Excellent understanding of containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS), microservice and serverless architectures;

• Practical knowledge of full software development lifecycle, CI/CD, DevOps principles and agile ways of working;

• Basic understanding of AWS networking (VPC, API Gateway), security and authentication concepts (IAM, IdP);

• Very good communication skills in English.
