Full Stack Developer (Node.JS + TS) part-time

We’re ☄️ Blazity  - a team of React.js and Next.js experts creating powerful web experiences. We have years-long relationships with many of our clients. As trusted development partners, we take full ownership of the projects and continuously optimize apps, stores, websites, and implement new features, or automate workflows.

We’re looking for a strong mid-level Full Stack Developer with a heavy emphasis on back-end development for a part-time project (80h per month).

Salary ranges

B2B: 100 - 150 PLN/h

100% remote from Poland 

🧠 Our requirements

• Solid experience with TypeScript and Node.js (especially NestJS, Hono, or Koa)
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, CI/CD workflows, and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with Cloudflare
• Bonus: experience with Next.js and React
• Very good English (working with a US-based client)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to self-onboard and work independently — you’ll need to dive into a complex codebaseand make sense of it
• Experience working with legacy systems (code written by multiple devs over time)
• Capability to document architecture and dependencies clearly for others
• A problem solver mindset who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

💼 Scope of responsibilities

• Work on both new roadmap features and legacy code maintenance
• Understand and refactor a large, evolving back-end system
• Become the go-to person for back-end structure and improvements

🕒 What’s the Commitment?

• 3–4 hours of work per day
• Flexible hours, but with partial overlap for internal syncs
• Available for short stand-up calls twice a week at 3 PM CEST
