System Analyst

About the Client

Our client is a major international banking institution delivering advanced digital banking solutions for millions of customers. You will join a team responsible for developing and improving enterprise-grade systems supporting electronic banking and modern financial services.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and refine functional specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders• Design and prepare technical specifications for system changes in enterprise banking environments• Design and support the development of modern digital banking processes and solutions• Work with distributed systems and integration architectures across multiple banking platforms• Collaborate with development teams in Agile / Scrum environments• Ensure system solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements typical for enterprise banking systems

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in system analysis and requirements engineering• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture• Experience working with system integrations (REST API, Microservices, Web Services, SOA)• Good knowledge of UML and BPMN modeling• Experience using CASE tools and system modeling tools• Practical experience with API testing tools such as Swagger, Postman, or SOAP UI• Good knowledge of SQL• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams• Good English communication skills (minimum B2)

Nice to have

• Experience designing mobile applications integrated via REST services• Knowledge of modern software design patterns• Experience using PlantUML• Experience designing microservices architectures and documenting REST services using Swagger / YAML• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles

Soft skills

• Willingness to continuously develop skills and share knowledge within the team• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with technical documentation• Good work organization and attention to quality and deadlines
