Role Summary

We are looking for a curious and collaborative Prototype Engineer (PoC Builder) to join Billennium’s Innovation Hub.

In this role, you will gently but decisively turn early business ideas into tangible, working prototypes — helping teams learn fast, validate assumptions, and confidently shape client‑ready solutions.

You’ll work closely with business, sales, and innovation colleagues, combining empathy for user needs with strong technical judgment. Your work will support meaningful conversations, thoughtful experimentation, and solutions that are both feasible and inspiring.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in solution engineering, software development, or architecture

• Confidence in rapid prototyping using modern stacks (e.g. Python, .NET, JavaScript, cloud platforms, low‑code tools)

• Experience delivering MVPs or PoCs in fast, learning‑oriented environments

• Solid understanding of system design, integrations, and scalability

• Ability to translate business challenges into practical, understandable solutions

• Experience with effort estimation and high‑level pricing

• Strong communication skills and a supportive, cooperative mindset
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI / GenAI, RPA, or Intelligent Automation

• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and emerging technologies

• Exposure to innovation labs, accelerators, or early‑stage solution design
