About the Client

What you will do

• Designing ML/AI solution architectures in Python using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

• Building data pipelines with PySpark and Spark MLlib, including integration with Big Data systems

• Implementing machine learning models in Python across both production and experimental environments

• Developing custom libraries and solutions in Python, leveraging FastAPI, Flask, and RESTful APIs

• Optimizing the performance of ML/AI systems, including data and model infrastructure management

• Integrating ML models with existing banking systems and backend applications

• Collaborating with data scientists and data engineers to transform models into scalable technology products

• Documenting architecture and code, including deployment procedures and ML configuration guidelines

• Deploying ML/AI solutions following MLOps practices and Continuous Delivery principles

• Participating in implementation projects conducted in accordance with Agile/Scrum methodologies

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects involving end-to-end solutions based on Python, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ML/AI libraries in Python, such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow

     Technical skills

• Proficient in Python, with experience in data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Dask) and NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy, Transformers)

• Skilled in designing ML/AI pipelines, including data preparation and model architecture

• Familiarity with Big Data systems and libraries such as PySpark and Spark MLlib, with the ability to optimize data processing for AI applications

• Experience integrating ML models with backend systems and APIs, including REST API and gRPC

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and managing ML environments (Jupyter, MLflow, Airflow)

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI solutions using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into ML/AI architectures

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in ML environments (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, MLflow, Weave)

• Proven experience deploying ML solutions in production environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, and independence in managing complex AI projects

     Additional requirements

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) for process automation, text analysis, and business application integration is a plus

• Knowledge of technologies and libraries for working with LLMs (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, Transformers) is a plus

• Experience in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT) is a plus

• ML/AI certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, PyTorch, Hugging Face) are an asset
