About the projectWe are currently looking for an experienced Pharma Process Digitalization Project Manager to support a key pharmaceutical client in the digital transformation of manufacturing and quality processes. This is a hybrid role with a significant impact on serialization and production workflows across multiple sites.

Location & Work Model

• Hybrid work model from our office in Warsaw or Starogard Gdański.

• On-site presence required in either 80/20 or 50/50 model.

• Delegations to production sites up to 50% of time until end of December 2025.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end digitalization projects across pharmaceutical production and quality areas (e.g. MES, serialization, warehousing, labeling, QA systems).

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across several manufacturing locations.

• Harmonize business and production processes across units while ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.

• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and resource planning in a regulated environment.

• Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of serialization tools (e.g. TraceLink) and process digitalization solutions.

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience managing projects in pharmaceutical production and quality areas (e.g. MES, serialization, labeling, QA release, complaints, change management).

• Proven knowledge of GMP, FDA, ICH regulations, and validation of computerized systems (CSV, FMEA).

• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and financial oversight (CAPEX, ROI).

• Experience with process mapping, cross-site implementation, and working with tools like BPMN and TraceLink.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with fluent English (B2+ minimum).
