Role Summary

We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Developer to join our Intelligent Automation Delivery Team at Billennium. In this role, you will support the design, development and maintenance of automation solutions that improve our clients’ business operations. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Analysts and experienced Developers, contributing to high-quality automations aligned with best practices and our Intelligent Automation methodology, while continuing to grow your technical and analytical skills.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain automation solutions (RPA & complementary technologies) under guidance and in collaboration with the team.

• Participate in process analysis and help prepare automation documentation across the Bot Development Cycle.

• Support solution design activities and take part in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

• Work with complementary tools such as IDP, ML/AI components, Test Suite/Cloud, Agent Builder and Agentic Orchestration.

• Assist in Workload Estimation for automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with project teams during delivery, including participating in client workshops and technical discussions.

• Support bot maintenance, hypercare and operational monitoring activities.

Why You?

👉 Basic Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation / RPA development (preferably UiPath).

• Ability to develop and modify automations in line with established best practices.

• Experience or strong interest in process analysis and automation estimation.

• Familiarity with complementary automation technologies (IDP, ML/AI, Test Suite/Cloud, Agent Builder).

• Understanding of the Intelligent Automation lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and monitoring.

👉 Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C# or VB.NET.

• Initial experience with Human-in-the-Loop workflows or Agentic automations.

• Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts related to automation platforms.

• Experience working in Agile or Hybrid delivery models.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and the UiPath ecosystem (Studio, Orchestrator, Task Capture, Maestro).
