We are currently looking for an experienced Identity Security Specialist to strengthen our cyber security capabilities. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting identity security solutions, with a strong emphasis on secure-by-design principles and collaboration across multiple technical teams.

What you will do

• Security Project Delivery: Lead and contribute to identity security projects, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and maintenance.

• Technical Roadmaps: Define and evolve technical roadmaps within the identity security domain, aligned with business and security strategies.

• Solution Design: Translate security policies and requirements into robust technical designs for identity-related systems.

• Identity Security Engineering: Design, implement, and support solutions in areas such as PAM, IAM, secrets management, and vendor access.

• 3rd Level Support: Act as a senior escalation point for identity security incidents, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution.

• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate identity-related incidents and issues, identifying root causes and driving long-term remediation.

• Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation and actively share knowledge across engineering, security, and operations teams.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors in a multi-vendor, managed services environment.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving security standards, processes, and tooling across the organization.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security, with significant focus on identity security.

• Proven experience in security engineering roles, either internal or external (e.g. consultancy, managed services, enterprise environments).

• Advanced technical expertise in identity security solutions, including secure system design and implementation.

• Strong understanding of tools and technologies used in cyber security and identity management.

• Demonstrated experience in problem solving and advanced technical troubleshooting.

• Background in multi-vendor and outsourced environments.

• Practical experience in at least some of the following domains:

  • Privileged Access Management (on-prem and cloud)

  • Vendor / Third-Party Access Management

  • Secrets Management

  • Identity and Access Management (primarily Entra ID)

• Ability to:

  • Participate in policy and security requirement creation

  • Translate requirements into technical solution designs

  • Implement and maintain identity security solutions

• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISA, CompTIA Security+, GSEC (or equivalent).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent English.
