About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior-level Guidewire Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst with communicative Spanish skills to join our team.

Must-have competencies:

·       Spanish language on communicative level.

·       Fluent English in speech and writing (at least B2/C1).

·       At least 2 years’ experience in GW platform: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter.

·       GW certification: Nice-to have internal certification from GW partners company.

·       Experience in policy, or claims  or billing insurance processes.

·       Experience in leading (or taking part in) the Discovery or Inception phases.

·       Collaboration with business stakeholders, POs, IT Architects.

·       Preparation of the backlogs: Feature, Epic, User story.

·       Lead the delivery team, preparation of analysis, collaboration with Developers and QA (testers).
