We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will design, implement, and maintain advanced DevOps/DevSecOps solutions, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems and data across our platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Designing secure, scalable DevOps architectures aligned with program requirements.

  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning and compliance checks.

  • Implementing secure configuration, access controls, encryption, and governance across systems and pipelines.

  • Automating infrastructure provisioning (Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible) with focus on security and reliability.

  • Operating and optimizing large-scale Kubernetes platforms (GKE), including networking, storage, RBAC, and runtime security.

  • Managing observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry.

  • Automating generation of SBOMs/KBOMs and integrating them into CI/CD workflows.

  • Performing vulnerability scanning, remediation planning, hardening, and risk assessments.

  • Operating GitLab at scale: HA setups, CI workloads, governance, performance, compliance.

  • Preparing documentation, runbooks, and user‑friendly materials, including self‑service tools for developers.

  • Ensuring service availability, DR/IR readiness, auditing, and traceability across systems.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing secure DevOps and DevSecOps solutions end‑to‑end.

  • Expertise in Kubernetes (preferably GKE) and deep understanding of cluster internals.

  • Hands‑on experience with IaC tools: Terraform or OpenTofu.

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD security, artifact signing, supply chain security, and SBOM standards (e.g., CycloneDX).

  • Experience with security tools: Trivy, Dependency‑Track, DefectDojo.

  • Advanced skills in Prometheus‑based observability and Grafana customization.

  • Strong operational experience with GitLab in enterprise environments.

  • Solid understanding of network security, segmentation, encryption, and PKI.

  • Experience in vulnerability management, hardening, audits, and security policy alignment.

  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Jira, TestRail.

  • Fluent English (min. B2).
