About the Client
Our client is a major player in the banking sector, developing modern digital platforms and applications used by thousands of users. You will join a cross-functional engineering team responsible for ensuring reliable deployments, stable infrastructure, and efficient DevOps processes supporting critical business systems.
What you will do
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery
• Automate deployments and manage application releases across development and production environments
• Manage and optimize containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor applications and infrastructure, analyze incidents, and support performance improvements
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable and scalable application deployments
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability and automation processes
What we are looking for
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Camunda platform (minimum 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts, and ArgoCD
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins
• Good understanding of Git and modern development workflows
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
Nice to have
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS also welcome)
• Familiarity with Ansible / Ansible Tower
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK stack, Kibana, Grafana

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze system failures
• Willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with technical documentation
• Good work organization, attention to quality, and meeting deadlines
