About the Client

Our client is a global leader in the automotive industry, currently building and scaling its cybersecurity capabilities to meet evolving regulatory requirements across international markets. You will join a high-impact program within Digital Technology & Operations, focused on implementing cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and DORA across a complex enterprise environment.

What you will do

• Lead and drive cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives related to regulatory compliance (NIS2, CRA, DORA)• Translate regulatory requirements into practical implementation plans, roadmaps, and remediation actions• Identify compliance gaps and support the definition of prioritized action plans• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, cybersecurity, risk, legal, and business teams• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to ensure alignment, ownership, and progress• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and escalation when needed• Support program governance, reporting, and communication with senior stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in cybersecurity or IT regulatory implementation in large enterprise environments• Proven track record of driving complex cross-functional initiatives• Ability to translate regulatory frameworks into actionable technical and organizational solutions• Experience working with NIS2, DORA, CRA or similar regulatory frameworks• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coordination skills• Ability to work independently and proactively in complex, global organizations
