Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant

Start: ASAPContract: B2B (160–170 PLN/h + VAT)Work model: Hybrid - Wrocław (2 days onsite per week)

We are looking for Senior Consultant to support the implementation of a Cybersecurity Compliance Program within a global Digital Technology & Operations organization.

You will work within the DTO NIS2 Program, reporting to the NIS2 Program Lead, and drive cross-functional initiatives related to NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, and DORA. Your focus will be translating regulatory requirements into practical implementation plans, identifying gaps, and driving execution across technology, cybersecurity, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives for cybersecurity regulatory compliance

• Translate regulations into actionable implementation and remediation plans

• Drive execution, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking

• Support program governance, reporting, and operationalization

Requirements

• Experience with cybersecurity or technology regulatory implementation

• Strong background in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives

• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and work independently in complex environments

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
