About the Client
Our client is a leading international bank, developing advanced personalization and marketing automation solutions to enhance customer experience across digital channels. You will join a team responsible for building and optimizing a modern decisioning ecosystem based on Pega Customer Decision Hub, Adobe Experience Manager, and CDP platforms, enabling data-driven, omnichannel campaigns.
What you will do
• Configure campaigns, offers, and decisioning strategies in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)• Manage personalization placements and content mapping, including integration with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets)• Execute end-to-end testing across decisioning, content, and event layers to ensure production readiness• Validate audience segmentation, prioritization logic, and expected campaign outcomes• Monitor campaign performance after launch and proactively identify issues or optimization opportunities• Troubleshoot configuration and runtime issues, coordinating with technical and data teams• Translate business requirements into executable decisioning logic and campaign structures• Define data requirements and collaborate with data teams on data model enhancements
What we are looking for
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, decisioning, or data-driven environments• Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)• Practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content platforms• Strong understanding of campaign logic, prioritization, and contact policies• Ability to define structured data requirements and work with data teams• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Business mindset – understanding how decisioning impacts conversion, revenue, and customer experience• Experience with SAS CI Studio is a plus
