About the project:You’ll be part of a strategic initiative within a data-driven organization from the financial sector. The goal is to build and operationalize scalable AI capabilities — from infrastructure design to deployment — enabling business teams to safely and effectively adopt AI solutions.

What you will do:

• Design and build AI-ready infrastructure in hybrid environments (on-prem & cloud)

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo / Azure DevOps) for AI/ML services

• Build an AI sandbox and internal education platform to foster experimentation

• Collaborate with teams to identify AI use cases and deliver solutions (LLM, RAG, AI agents)

• Deploy production-grade AI models with a focus on security, performance, and cost optimization

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, system administration, or DevOps

• Proficiency in Java and/or Python and Spring Boot

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Tanzu, and Azure

• Solid understanding of microservices, CI/CD (Jenkins/Bamboo), and IaC (Terraform, Bicep)

• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., ELK, Grafana, Telegraf)

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI/ML deployment, fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and PoC development
