About the Client

The project is delivered for one of our key clients — a leader in AI-driven innovations — who is building an internal AI test automation platform designed to revolutionize quality assurance processes through intelligent agent systems.

What you will do:

• Design and develop agent-based architecture for an internal AI test automation tool.

• Create conceptual frameworks, roadmaps, and system blueprints for AI-driven platforms.

• Drive standardization efforts for Copilot-like solutions and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, product owners) to ensure a scalable and maintainable AI system.

• Contribute to shaping best practices in prompt engineering, tool integration, and LLM-powered workflows.

What we are looking for:

• Proven hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or fine-tuned proprietary models).

• Expertise in designing and orchestrating agent-based systems, including task decomposition and decision frameworks.

• Solid background in software engineering (Python, APIs, cloud deployment).

• Experience in test automation, AI validation, or AI quality assurance processes.

• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, comfortable working in greenfield environments.
