Backend Developer (.Net)

As a Backend .NET Developer, you will join a cross-functional team building cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on AI-driven products.
You will take part in both technical and product discussions, helping design robust and scalable solutions. We value ownership, transparency, and collaboration, and we provide the tools and support you need to do your best work.

Our tech stack:

• C# with the .NET 8,

• Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Elasticsearch,

• ORM: entity framework,

• Docker,

• AWS.

What we expect:

• At least 3+ years of experience in developing web applications (as a backend developer),

• Familiarity with AI, especially Large Language Models (LLMs),

• Experience working with Docker,

• Ability to read and understand Python code,

• very good knowledge of C# and .NET 8,

• Analytical thinking skills and being able to translate organizational/business requirements into service functionalities,

• being able to solve problems and make decisions independently,

• communicative English,

• good teamwork and learning skills.

Even better if you also have:

• knowledge of the AWS cloud.

• familiarity with video processing and distribution.

Recruitment process:

1. Interview with People Operations Specialist - a 30-minute online meeting to get to know each other better,

2. Interview with the Chapter leader and the People Operations Specialist - a more in-depth conversation about the role and mutual expectations, lasting about 1 hour.
