BI Consultant Planning / TM1

Your Tasks

As a BI Consultant Planning you conceptualize, design, implement and support data models and data pipelines for applications in our Data & Analytics platform. Your main technology will be IBM Cognos TM1. You will strive to always find the balance between individual requirements and sustainable stable solutions. You are open to new technologies and see them as an opportunity to enable even deeper insights into data. You will work closely with our project leads, reporting consultants, data scientists and cloud engineers.

We work together on global projects in mixed project teams. It is important to us that everyone can contribute with their experiences and bring their concerns to discussions.

Your main tasks are:

• Design and develop data models for planning applications within IBM Cognos TM1
• Design and develop workbooks with work spaces
• Integrate data from sources like SAP HANA

Your Profile

What skills we are looking for:

• Completed studies of informatics, business informatics or engineering
• Very good knowledge on data modelling / planning functionality
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as pro-activeness to understand data in business context
• Experience with IBM Cognos TM1
• An understanding of the different requirements that can arise in a dynamic data environment
• Very good ability to work in functional and cross functional teams
• Passion for data, analytics and business intelligence
• Willingness to understand how things work with open mindset in new technologies within
• Data & Analytics area
• Fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus but not a must
