Your responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and configuration of Slack workspaces, ensuring proper optimization for the client’s needs.
• Handle user management, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage permissions and access controls, ensuring role assignments and access levels are correctly configured.
• Take charge of channel management, from creation to continuous maintenance, including connecting relevant channels.
• Administer and manage Slack apps and integrations, including ensuring smooth integration processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues such as connectivity, notifications, 2FA, CloudIDP, messaging, and search functionality.
• Address any integration failures and resolve related technical issues efficiently.

Our requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Fluent German is essential.
• Proficiency in English.
