We are looking for a Lead Product Specialist / Relativity Expert!

 

The eDiscovery Expert provides global strategic operational direction for our eDiscovery Program. They are accountable for the execution and delivery of eDiscovery workflows and processes from preservation through production. They are the authority in IT for eDiscovery and are a highly respected partner of Legal (LPC) stakeholders.

 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Independently apply extensive knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including data analytics and AI, to provide unique case solutions for all matters globally 

  • Responsible for tasks such as workspace creation & management, user creation & management, data processing, creating and utilizing structured analytics sets, Review Center and aiR for Review project creation, training and oversight, as well as loading and running productions. 

  • Recognized as an authority in multiple areas and sets strategy on a global level on the effective use of our eDiscovery tool set 

  • Proactively identifies potential data sources and defines best practices for data handling to ensure sound metadata management in accordance with chain of custody obligations 

  • Mentors eDiscovery specialists to ensure effective and efficient processes within all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) globally 

  • Build trusting relationships with both internal and external legal teams and represents IT in case strategy to influence eDiscovery decisions on all matters globally 

  • Seeks knowledge regularly to enhance eDiscovery capabilities for self and team 

  • Maintain a broad external network in the eDiscovery sphere by program 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering cases in Relativity from processing through production with an understanding of TAR and AI principles 

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) required, Relativity Expert or Master preferred 

  •  Previous technical IT background

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Well-organized to meet daily operational case work while also being able to plan and lead case strategy 

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team 

  • Familiarity with legal concepts involved in Discovery 

  • Ability to support US working hours
