Data Analyst

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing critical data across market, finance, and product supply domains to support our innovative initiatives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product objectives and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights that inform product development and enhancement.
- Leverage business knowledge to provide context and recommendations that enhance product strategy.
- Apply insights and relevant data to help the product team enhance existing features and develop new ones.
- Create, support, and replicate scalable data structures, including table creation, reporting, and data visualizations to meet team needs.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify root causes, uncover interdependencies, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the analytics lead and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from various source systems to ensure high-quality, accurate reporting.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
- Document processes, KPIs, and data models to foster knowledge sharing and team alignment.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using Azure Databricks and Snowflake.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
