Frontend Developer

Who we’re looking for!

As we are constantly growing and developing, we are currently looking for Senior Web Software Developer to join our development office in Gdansk (Poland).

You will join the Asset Finance Development team, developing products within Asset Finance area such as Lease, Loans and Credits.

We are a leader in the Norwegian market, with over 50% of leased cars in Norway being processed through our software! Now, we want to give our customers the ability to use our application in a web-based version.

As our Frontend Developer you will:

• Be an active member of a development team working on the Asset Finance Suite,
• Develop, maintain, and modernize code using Svelte,
• Be a part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals, where your voice truly matters,
• Collaborate with other departments in an international environment.

Are we a great match?

Essential skills and experience:

• Several years of frontend or full-stack development,
• Good English&Polish skills allowing efficient communication in an international environment,
• Experience with any frontend component-based framework (Svelte, React, Vue, Angular),
• Desire to learn modern technologies, like Svelte and Tailwind,
• TypeScript experience for both frontend and backend,
• Knowledge of HTML5 + modern ECMAScript APIs,
• Good understanding of CSS and layouts,
• Hands-on experience with automated testing (including unit tests).

Preferred skills and experience:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools like Vite,
• Understanding of good UX principles,
• Familiarity with GIT, Azure DevOps,
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail,
• Agile and Scrum methodologies,
• Financial or banking sector interest.
