Process designer

Role Overview:We are looking for a Process Designer who will support document management platform development for a migration project, focusing on platform strategy, technical product management, API governance, and process optimization using LEAN principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define platform boundaries and manage the service catalogue including storage, search, signing, and templates

• Ensure technical product fluency for storage tiering, versioning, and integration/orchestration patterns

• Manage API product standards, governance, lifecycle, and deprecation/versioning

• Establish governance and compliance models, defining metadata standards, retention rules, and access models aligned with risk and compliance stakeholders

• Measure and report adoption KPIs, search success, time-to-file/retrieve, audit findings, and cost-to-serve

• Re-define and streamline processes using LEAN principles

Must-Have Requirements:

• Experience in platform strategy and technical product management

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, API governance, and compliance frameworks

• Proven ability in process creation, optimization, and LEAN methodologies

• Knowledge of metrics and value realization for adoption and compliance outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Experience with modernizing legacy integration using API-led approaches

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 compliance planning and governance concepts
