Front-End Developer (remote position)

Duration: 12 months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead frontend initiatives for a fintech platform. The role focuses on building scalable architectures, driving UI/UX consistency, and mentoring team members while collaborating across engineering and product domains.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead development using React and Next.js across complex features and systems

• Define and maintain frontend architecture and coding standards

• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to align technical solutions

• Optimize performance, accessibility, and maintainability across applications

• Review code, guide best practices, and mentor mid-level developers

Must-Have Requirements: 

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience

• Expert-level knowledge of React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS

• Experience designing scalable frontend architecture and CI/CD processes

• Strong understanding of API integration and event-driven interfaces

• Fluent English

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with Redux, Zustand, or other modern state tools

• Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress

• Fintech or high-security project background

• Experience with payment systems and workflows
