Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting

Role Overview:The Business Analyst will work on regulatory reporting initiatives, including AnaCredit, COREP, FINREP, LCR, and other local/EU reports. The role involves data analysis, requirements gathering, and working with development, testing, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and data requirements

• Analyze data, technical specifications, and mappings

• Keep an overview of all business and data requirements

• Engage with stakeholders and manage communications

• Support data quality and new data sources

• Work with development and testing teams to deliver solutions

Must-Have Requirements:

• At least 2 years as an analyst in Finance, Business Intelligence, IT, or related area

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Risk, Math, or IT

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting, banking products, systems, processes, and financial data

• Experience with business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modelling

• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with regulatory reporting frameworks and supervisory requirements
