Your responsibilities

The Team Coach will support an ART focused on a global SAP product and local European products. Team of IT Business Partners (20 people) is distributed across 11 countries. The primary focus is to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and ways of working within the IT Business Partner team and across the ART.

The Team Coach will help improve team maturity, communication, and coordination between delivery teams and IT Business Partners, while enabling effective Agile/Lean practices. The role also includes facilitating key events, addressing organizational impediments, and fostering a consistent, cross-country approach to collaboration and value delivery.

Requirements

• You need to live in Poland and/or be eligible to work here.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach in a software development environment.

• Hands-on experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

• Exposure to agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

• Passion for the agile mindset, strong customer orientation, and a flair for change facilitation and team growth.

• Skilled in visual facilitation, systems thinking, and creating psychologically safe environments for collaboration.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.

• Experience in the SAP area would be an asset.
