Technical Project Manager

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

The consultant shall just know that onboarding will be in Gdansk as we have a team allocated there. If the consultnat come from other place the travel is on own cost and not the projects!  Also phisical presence in the office will be required three times per week.

Project to implement HPNS backups out-of-region setup with solution design, solution instalment and configation, and data migrations. Project will provide new capability through restore testing in new dedicate environment.  

Must-have knowledge and experience

•Proven experience managing projects within the HPE NonStop ecosystem, including hardware refreshes and OS migrations. Familiarity with core NonStop components such as Pathway (TS/MP), TMF, OSS, and CLIM connectivity.•Proven experience managing projects involving database management, data integrity, and/or data migration across regions.•Rigorous Change Management skills through change manage frameworks such as ADKAR, and application level frameworks such as ITIL Change Control to prove success change in IT and Ops while minimizing service disruption.•High communication and stakeholder ability such as translating technical NonStop performance metrics into risk-based reports for executive leadership.•High English skills (e.g. C2-1 level) and extensive work experience from projects and companies with English as the project / company language.

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

•Benefit if candidate has understanding of NonStop-specific security frameworks (e.g., XYPRO or Safeguard) and PCI-DSS/SOX compliance standards, and general DORA knowledge would be beneficial
