Senior IT Analyst - Software Lifecycle

We are looking for a dedicated Senior IT Analyst specializing in Software Lifecycle Management to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Software Lifecycle experience for our Service Areas by ensuring accurate Software Lifecycle data and providing support where needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and developing software lifecycle processes and data.

• Assisting Service Areas in understanding the impact of obsolete software and guiding mitigation strategies.

• Supporting and investigating software lifecycle issues and challenges.

• Participating in audits related to software lifecycle management.

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, application owners, and internal teams.

Must-have qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management and related activities.

• Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware technologies.

• Good understanding of architecture, software processes, and governance.

• Experience with tools such as FlexeraOne or similar software lifecycle management platforms.

• Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel for reporting purposes.

• Professional-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-have qualifications and skills:

• Familiarity with Flexera tools including FlexNetManagerSuite, DataPlatform, and FlexeraOne modules ITAM and ITV.

• Strong social skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in software asset and lifecycle management environments.
