Senior IT Analyst – Adobe Experience Platform / Martech
Location: Gdańsk or Gdynia (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week onsite, partial remote possible)

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our team and take ownership of data analysis, solution design, and development of our marketing automation platform based on Adobe Experience Platform. This role combines technical analysis, data expertise, and collaboration with business (marketing) teams to deliver personalized customer experiences through data and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements (BRD, user stories)

• Design data-driven solutions including data models and workflows

• Work with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer

• Integrate data from various sources (REST API, Kafka)

• Segment customers and develop marketing automation campaigns

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams

• Present solutions clearly to business partners

• Use tools such as Postman and SQL

• Support teams in data modelling and data mapping

Must-have qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a Senior IT Analyst

• Practical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer

• Experience in marketing automation and campaign management

• Strong JavaScript skills

• Familiarity with REST API and SQL

• Experience with Kafka

• Data modelling skills and handling customer data

• Requirement gathering and stakeholder collaboration experience

• Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe IO and Adobe Experience Cloud

• Knowledge of Real-Time CDP

• Experience with tools like Qualtrics

• Certifications in AEP/AJO

• Experience in data collection strategy and technical problem solving
