Platform Architecture Support Specialist (TOGAF, JIRA)

We are looking for a Platform Architecture Support Specialist to join our Technology Architecture team. This role focuses on coordination, administration, and managing processes that support architectural decision-making.

Location & Work Mode: Hybrid work – 3 days per week in office in Warsaw, Gdansk or Gdynia.

Project Start: ASAP or within one month with project duration until October (with possible extension).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Technology Architecture team in their daily operational activities.
• Coordinate processes related to architectural governance and planning.
• Manage tasks and workflows in JIRA, including JQL queries.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and project timelines (e.g., Gantt charts).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Support planning and monitoring of architectural initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and project artifacts.
• Facilitate organization of the architecture team’s work.

Must-have qualifications:

• Knowledge of TOGAF architectural framework.
• Advanced skills with JIRA including JQL.
• Experience creating reports and data visualizations (dashboards, charts, Gantt).
• Experience working in project or organizational environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize.
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Confluence and its integration with JIRA.
• Experience with ticketing or dispatching systems.
• Background in IT architecture or governance.
