We are looking for a Graphic Designer / UI Designer to join our UX/UI Team, someone who combines a keen sense of aesthetics with an understanding of User Experience. We are looking for someone who not only designs “pretty” things, but also designs consciously, based on user needs, business goals, and good UX practices. 

If you want to develop your skills in UX, work on real digital products, and influence their usability, this is the role for you.

What will you be doing?

• Designing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile products in accordance with UX principles 

• Translating business and functional requirements into clear, useful interface solutions

• Working with UX Designers on:

  • Defining user problems

  • Creating user flows, simple wireframes, and mockups

• Designing and developing UI components and working with the design system 

• Designing marketing and sales materials (online and offline) while maintaining UX and brand consistency

• Creating product and sales presentations

• Designing advertising graphics and simple animations for social media

• Preparing materials for printing (flyers, brochures, catalogs, gadgets) 

• Ensuring visual consistency and user experience at all points of contact with the brand

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and UI

• Portfolio showcasing UI designs and branding/marketing projects

• Experience in designing digital interfaces (web/mobile)

• Understanding of basic UX principles: information hierarchy, accessibility, usability, consistency 

• Ability to work on user flow, wireframes, and mockups (low/mid fidelity)

• Good knowledge of composition, layout, and typography principles

• Experience in designing advertising materials and simple animations 

• Practice in preparing materials for printing

• Attention to detail and visual consistency

• Very good knowledge of tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, PowerPoint

• Willingness to develop in the direction of UX / Product Design

• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
