Senior Inhouse Consultant SAP FI/CO with Focus on CO (f/m/d)

Our client is a leading wholesale distributor in the building services sector in Germany. With a strong internal IT organization, they act not only as a service provider but also as a driver of innovation and technological transformation. As a central IT unit, they support around 150 medium-sized companies and over 24,000 employees across 1,600 locations worldwide. A team of more than 200 IT professionals is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting applications, servers, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solution approaches and recommendations to standardize processes based on SAP standards or adapt SAP modules to business requirements

• Advise business departments and users in the CO area on process improvements and their technical implementation (customizing)

• Support and collaborate with key users

• Implement, test, and document change requests

• Handle incidents and provide ongoing support for the SAP CO module in an S/4HANA environment

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience and strong expertise in analyzing and documenting business and financial processes, and aligning them with SAP standard processes in FI/CO

• Proven experience in at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementation cycles

• Experience in designing and implementing new concepts and solutions

• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, SAP processes, and master data in SAP CO

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
