SAP Solution Architect

The SAP Solution Architect will play a key role across various stages of the SAP S/4HANA enhancement and support lifecycle. This person will provide global support services to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 business operations while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and address business requirements. The ideal candidate should also be capable of delivering hands-on application support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus mainly on small yet business-critical enhancement requests and feature upgrades within the SAP application landscape.

• Minimum 5 years of experience creating functional and technical documentation for SAP enhancements.

• Experience with SAP Fiori and/or collecting requirements for user interface and front-end solutions.

• Strong background working with interfaces such as ABAP Proxies and IDOCs, including error management and reprocessing methods.

• Define and recommend technical solutions based on functional business needs.

• Actively participate in design workshops and clearly communicate proposed solutions.

• Previous involvement in international SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects is required.

• Solid understanding of SAP core modules and their integration touchpoints.

• Work closely with functional analysts during solution design and testing activities.

• Ensure application support meets defined SLA commitments.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of SAP experience, preferably within MM, QM, or PP modules.

• Proven experience with global implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.

• Background in Life Sciences and Healthcare industries is highly valued.

• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes including MRP, Procurement, and Workflow.

• Experience managing master data such as Materials and Vendors.

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and international teams.

• Hands-on experience with BADIs, BAPIs, IDOCs, Workflow, and LSMW is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Awareness of current technologies and industry developments.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
