SAP HCM Key User with German

We are looking for: SAP HCM Key User with German

General info:

• Location: remote

• Duration: 12-month contract

• Salary: 200-250 PLN/h

Skills required:

• 4+ years of experience as SAP HCM Key User or HR Payroll Specialist

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll processes for Germany

• Good understanding of German payroll regulations (ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.)

• Experience in supporting payroll operations and testing system changes

• Ability to analyze business requirements and coordinate solutions with IT teams

• Experience with incident handling and user support in SAP HCM

• Familiarity with HRSP updates and payroll validations is an advantage

• Fluent German and good English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supporting daily operations in SAP HCM Payroll (Germany)

• Handling incidents, user requests, and coordinating issue resolution with technical teams

• Supporting payroll runs and validating payroll results

• Analyzing business requirements and participating in testing activities

• Coordinating change requests and supporting implementation of system improvements

• Acting as a contact person between HR, payroll users, and IT/project teams

• Supporting system corrections, HRSP activities, and process documentation

• Monitoring payroll-related processes and ensuring compliance with German regulations
