IT Support Intern

At AVSystem, we believe that great software starts with a great work environment. Our IT Department is the backbone that keeps our engineers, sales teams, and creatives running at full speed. We are looking for an IT Support Intern who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty – whether it's configuring a switch, troubleshooting a workstation, or setting up a professional recording studio.

Your role

As an intern, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines. You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring our internal infrastructure remains top-notch.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Preparing and maintaining laptops (macOS/Linux/Windows) and peripherals for our employees.

• Assisting with simple network configurations and monitoring office connectivity.

• Infrastructure – physical cabling and organizing server racks (we value neatness!).

• Helping with the technical setup in our in-house studio – handling lights, cameras, and basic audio for video productions.

• Being the go-to person for "it worked yesterday, but not today" office tech puzzles.

What we expect from you:

• Technical curiosity: you’re the person friends call when their computer breaks, and you actually enjoy fixing it.

• Basic networking knowledge: you know your way around an RJ45 connector, WiFi, and understand the basics of IP addressing.

• Hands-on approach: you are comfortable using tools and don’t mind crawling under a desk to route a cable properly.

• Communication: you can explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues without using too much jargon.

• Creative spark: an interest in video production or photography is a huge plus, as you'll be helping out in our studio.

• English language knowledge at least on B1/B2 level.
