Support Specialist – Integration Platforms
Offer description
We are looking for a MuleSoft Support Engineer to join our integration operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in production support or BAU environments who wants to deepen their expertise in MuleSoft and API‑led integrations. You will work closely with application teams, platform owners, and operational stakeholders to ensure stable and reliable integration flows across the organization.
60% on-site Warszawa, 40% remotely
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in production support or BAU operations for integration platforms, ideally MuleSoft.
Ability to perform basic incident triage: reviewing MuleSoft logs, identifying common error patterns, and escalating when needed.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
Understanding of API‑led integration concepts and typical operational issues.
Basic SQL for simple validation checks.
Optional but beneficial: scripting skills (Python or Bash) for small automation or diagnostics.
Technical Skills – MuleSoft
Monitoring MuleSoft integrations and runtimes.
Performing message replay/retry for failed transactions.
Identifying common issues such as stuck flows or repeated failures.
Correlating logs and traces to support troubleshooting.
Understanding of event‑driven integration basics.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor MuleSoft integrations and respond to BAU incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Perform initial triage, document findings, and escalate to senior engineers or platform teams when required.
Execute approved operational actions such as retries, restarts, and reprocessing.
Communicate updates to stakeholders: acknowledgement, progress, impact, and closure notes.
Work with application teams and platform owners to resolve recurring issues or defects.
Participate in change management activities to ensure stable deployments.
Support user access requests and basic role mapping within MuleSoft tools.
Assist with routine operational tasks such as certificate renewals, credential updates, and environment checks.
Conduct daily health checks on MuleSoft runtimes: API availability, error rates, stuck flows, and alert dashboards.
Validate data movement after recovery actions to ensure integrations are functioning correctly.
