Senior Computer Vision Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and process large-scale image datasets.
• Modelling: Develop classical as well as deep learning computer vision models to solve real-world problems.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, define project requirements and communicate technical insights driving business decisions.
• Project ownership: end-to-end responsibility for a data science project within a global organization, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet project goals.

Requirements:

• at least  3+ years of experience in data science, computer vision, image processing, or related.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a quantitative field (e.g., Physics, Mathematics) with a focus on machine learning or AI.
• In-depth knowledge of classical computer vision techniques (e.g. image registration, signal processing, image processing, morphological operations).
• In depth knowledge of classical machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, anomaly detection, statistical models).
• In depth knowledge of deep learning techniques (e.g., CNNs, Transformers, Data Augmentation) and their application to image data.
• Proficiency in programming with Python and experience using machine learning and image processing libraries such as PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV, scikit-image etc.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, annotation pipelines, and ETL workflows for image data.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development tools and infrastructure (e.g., Azure or AWS) and experience with version control and project management tools like Git and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into computer vision solutions.
•  Very good english (spoken and written).

Process:

• round 1: 30 min pre-screen wiht the manager.
• round 2: 2h in-depth, technical screening.
